Electromagnetic Vibro Feeder is designed to control the flow of bulk Materials to secondary processing operation. Every feeder has a feature of adjusting the resultant force output and amplitude final product conveying speed. The controller can control the volumentric flow. 

Motorized Vibro Feeder is also a heavy duty vibratory feeder that has a welded construction, to transmit vibrations without any fatigue. Constructed for continuous operation, this vibro feeder makes use of the forces set up by two synchronized, counter-rotating, heavy-duty and unbalanced vibratory motors. These motors are firmly fixed to the Feeder trough, in a specific angle to the feeding level.  Feeder that have unbalanced drive, freely vibrates on a support spring. This spring is insulated against vibration transmission to the base frame.

Bulk products flow can be controlled by vibratory feeder. It can handle bulk products in bulk handling plants like coke, quartz, cement, mineral, glass, etc. In comparison to other conveying means vibratory feeders, this vibratory feeder consumes low energy and causes little pollution. This wear resistant feeder has no influence on the quality and character of the products handled.
